Cross-Cultural Trainer in Canton Township, MI (US & China Expertise) at Global LT – Canton, Michigan

Global LT’s is looking for an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to facilitate a "Working Across Cultures" program.

Job Information:

• Cultural Trainer to present in-person and virtual cross-cultural training sessions to several groups of employees: separate sessions for Chinese employees (training conducted in Mandarin) and US employees (training conducted in English)
• In-person presentation of 1 day (4 hours) to big groups of employees at their office in Michigan (ZIP code: 48188), followed by 1-hour virtual sessions with small groups (2-5 people)
• A specific schedule is yet to be confirmed, but the training should take place between April 15 and May 31

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging sessions
• Delivering personalized programs that address business, social, and the skills needed to achieve cultural competence
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Previous experience in providing Cultural Training
• Trainers have either a degree or have attended classes and/or seminars in Intercultural Studies or related fields
• Good communication and presentation skills
