• Lead mitigation losses from first contact through reconstruction handoff
• Rapidly connect with customers and respond to emergency calls
• Scope losses and prepare estimates using industry tools
• Secure contracts and negotiate with adjusters
• Direct mitigation crews and manage daily job flow
• Document losses and meet program timelines
• Track budgets, service scores, and job schedules
• Participate in on-call rotation and people leadership
• Build trust with homeowners, carriers, and partners

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• IICRC Water, Fire & Smoke certifications (preferred)
• Construction and restoration know-how
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with technology and fast decisions
• Valid Driver’s License

• Daytime hours with weekends/on-call
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in changing conditions
