Job Description
Position Title:
Contracts Administration Tech
Location:
Dallas, Tx
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the contracts administration team
- Prepare and proofread template land contracts and proofread other contracts and related documents
- Maintain internal contracts database and produce reports for internal team
- Provide support in correspondence with operators and other landowners
- Work closely with internal teams to track contract compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent contracts administration experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Petroleum Land Management or equivalent degree
- Registered Landman or Registered Professional Landman designation from the AAPL
- 1 or more years of related experience working with oil and gas or real estate agreements
Required Qualifications
