We are currently looking for a Head of Brandstores who will be integral to driving high-level performance across our Brandstores (Womanizer.com, We-Vibe.com, Arcwave.com, ROMP.Toys). Partnering with key stakeholders and reporting to the VP of eCommerce, your focus will be on leading regional commercial performance, overseeing P&L, and managing trading and marketing execution. In this role, you will combine your commercial acumen with strategic leadership to deliver growth, operational excellence, and team development for many of Lovehoneys Groups most important Brands.What you will do
  • Lead the E-commerce strategy for the Brandstores with focus on Womanizer and We-Vibe to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Represent the Brandstores business at senior level, collaborating closely with executive and global teams to align regional and global objectives.
  • Optimize on-site trading performance through data insights, analytics, and A/B testing.
  • Directly oversee the Brandstores Ecommerce team of 3 members and influence multi-channel marketing campaigns (Brand Management, Paid Social, SEO/SEM, Influencer, CRM, PR), ensuring alignment with global stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and budgeting processes, ensuring compliant and efficient execution.
What you should bring
  • Proven experience in E-commerce Trading & website development, ideally in consumer goods or retail.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce landscape, including consumer trends and industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee budgeting, compliance, and commercial planning in fast-paced business environments.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams while driving collaboration across functions.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational capability and strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Deep understanding in website development and Brand image development.
