Job Description: IntroductionThe Donor Services Support Coordinator will be responsible for daily interactions within the Hillsdale College Contact Center, encompassing both Institutional Advancement and Donor Services. They will be expected to coach and manage work center agents on the floor in relation to Donor Services. The Donor Services Support Coordinator will report to the Donor Services Support Manager. This position is a full-time employee of Hillsdale College. The position is a part of the staff of the Hillsdale College Contact Center.

Required Qualifications: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Other Skills: Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree and two to three years related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Physical Demands: Physical RequirementsAbility to read, write, hear, speak, see, and communicate effectively. Ability to operate basic office equipment, including photocopier, fax machine, adding machine, computer equipment, DVD player, display monitors, and the like. The position is primarily sedentary. Occasional lifting of office supplies, booklets, and other materials is necessary.

SummaryManages the Hillsdale College Contact Center’s interactions with Donor Services and Institutional Advancement.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assists contact center agents in answering gift questions
- Handles Donor Service call escalation- thoroughly knowledgeable in general donations, gift and estate planning, and recurring gift programs, and receipts
- Proficient in Donation software and CRM, Raise Donors, HubSpot, and Agent Portal
- Handles Donor Services email box
- Coaches and directs agents as necessary
- Monitors software and key operational metrics throughout the day
- Works in tandem with the Scheduling Manager to ensure best-fit schedules
- Responsible for fulfillment reports for donor premiums.
- Responsible for cataloging Brick donations and working with the engraver and maintenance to lay bricks.

- Possess a basic Systems Knowledge and Understanding
- Must be proficient in office technology and computer software (Word processing, Excel, simple accounting, database management)
- High School Diploma
