About This Position

***New starting rate $17.05 per hour ***

***Paid Holidays – Paid Time Off - Paid Training - Benefits Package available***

***Full time, Monday – Friday, Day shift***

Summary of Position

The Customer Service Representative will possess exemplary customer service skills and a positive attitude while being goal and detail-oriented. If you have the ability to speak clearly, with regular and timely attendance, while ensuring all State, Federal and contractual guidelines are met, this is the job for you!

Essential Job Requirements
    Must be able to multi-task between various responsibilitiesProvide friendly, accurate and complete information to customersRespond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they ariseMust be able to make hard decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callersMust be able to meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentialityPlease note: This position is an in-office only position.
Required Education

High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field

Required Skills
    Call center experience preferredAbility to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systemsAbility to type a minimum of 25 wpmAbility to sit for extended periods of time

Available Schedules

    Full Time - 40 hours per week
