Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides continuous observation of patients who may be at risk for adverse events such as falls, self-injury, or harm to others. Assists in the provision of care by promoting a therapeutic, safe, clean environment. Performs duties in a manner that is consistent with OZH’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
