About This Position
Location: Fall River, MA (Remote with limited in-office requirements)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
D2G Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers through phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment. You’ll help customers place orders, answer questions, and resolve issues while ensuring every interaction delivers a positive experience.
This position is primarily remote, with two weeks of onsite training at our Fall River office to ensure you are fully equipped with the tools and product knowledge needed for success. After training, employees will work remotely with one required in-office day per month for team collaboration and updates.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver outstanding customer service through phone, online chat, and email interactions.
Assist customers by identifying their needs and providing accurate product and order information.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns, determining causes, and implementing solutions.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while following company policies and procedures.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
Maintain and update customer account information within internal systems.
Meet or exceed established quality and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products, systems, and procedures.
Support additional tasks and projects as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and solid math skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard computer software.
Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
