As a Staff Full Stack Engineer on the contract review and drafting team, youll design and build core systems that power our AI-native workflow engine. Youll work across the stack: Word add-in surfaces, Next.js web app, Go services, LLM orchestration, document processing, and agentic systems. Youll collaborate directly with product, design, and customers to ship features that materially improve how in-house legal teams review and negotiate contracts.

Compensation Information: $160,000 - $180,000 base

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individuals location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
