Your Role
Graham Partners is seeking a highly organized and high-potential Assistant Chief of Staff to the CEO of a private investment firm based in the Philadelphia suburbs. This role spans both professional and personal domains, requiring a hospitality-first mindset, strong judgment, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a senior executive in a fast-paced environment, gaining direct exposure to how a CEO operates across business, personal, and family priorities. Responsibilities
- Executive Time & Priority Management: Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar across all aspects of his life, integrating business priorities with personal commitments (fitness, wellness, medical, philanthropy, networking, etc.).
- Stakeholder Management & Execution Excellence: Drive coordination across extended family, house staff, corporate teams, and a broad external network to ensure all meetings and commitments are executed with precision and a high standard of service.
- Travel Strategy & Logistics Management: Build and manage detailed, hour-by-hour travel itineraries across multiple time zones, incorporating contacts, contingencies, and real-time variables. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel via private aviation, NetJets, and commercial carriers.
- Confidentiality & Judgment: Handle sensitive information and interpersonal dynamics with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
- Financial Coordination & Oversight: Partner with the accounting team to track and manage expenses across personal, business, and philanthropic activities.
- Operational Communication & Alignment: Maintain daily communication with business and personal staff to ensure alignment, preparedness, and seamless execution of the CEO’s schedule.
- On-the-Ground Execution Support: Travel as needed to manage logistics and support the CEO, family, and staff during complex or high-priority situations.
We seek top-tier talent with the following qualifications:
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience (including internships), ideally in high-performance, service-oriented, or fast-paced environments.
- Hospitality Mindset: A polished, service-oriented approach. Experience in hospitality, athletics, campus leadership, or other high-accountability environments is highly valued.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and complex schedules in a dynamic environment.
- Communication: Clear, professional, and personable written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to provide responsive support as needed, including occasional work outside standard hours.
- Emotional Intelligence & Discretion: Strong judgment, interpersonal awareness, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proactive & Resourceful: Anticipates needs, solves problems efficiently, and executes with strong attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with scheduling tools, travel platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university or college
- Valid passport, clean background check, and strong references
- GPA 3.6 +
