About the role
We are looking for a Head of Sales to build, scale, and lead a high-performance enterprise SaaS sales engine.
This is not a maintenance role—this is a builder role, ideally based in Chicago you will define how Qyrus wins in the market: from go-to-market strategy to enterprise deal execution, from team building to category leadership.

What you'll do
Build & Scale
- Build a world-class hunter sales team focused on new enterprise acquisition
- Create a repeatable, scalable SaaS revenue engine
- Establish best-in-class sales processes, playbooks, and operating cadence
Drive Revenue
- Own and deliver enterprise SaaS sales targets
- Lead the full sales cycle: demand generation → deal closure
- Expand Qyrus across existing accounts as a strategic platform
Shape Strategy
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy
- Partner with marketing on digital demand generation
- Build relationships with analysts, advisors, and ecosystem partners
Win in the Market
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Translate customer needs into compelling value propositions
- Stay ahead of the market: competitors, trends, and emerging opportunities
Operate with Excellence
- Own CRM discipline, forecasting, and pipeline health
- Drive data-backed decision making across the sales organization
- Establish a culture of accountability, urgency, and performance
Qualifications
Experience
- Proven enterprise SaaS sales leader (services/solution selling background)
- 15+ years leading managed services or platform sales teams
- Strong experience in test automation / QA platforms / engineering services
- Demonstrated success building and scaling hunter-led sales teams
- Comfortable selling into and influencing C-suite executives
Expertise
- Deep understanding of IT services, SaaS, and enterprise technology landscape
- Strong grasp of competitive positioning and market dynamics
- Ability to craft and execute winning sales strategies in real time
