Your Mission:
The Data & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making by transforming complex operational and business data into actionable insights. This role supports initiatives across the organization by developing scalable reporting, performing analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical data skills with business acumen and effectively communicates insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Explore the Depth of the Role:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources across operational and business systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights
- Perform root cause analysis to identify drivers of operational issues and performance gaps
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains through data analysis
- Apply statistical methods and analytical techniques to support forecasting and decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and analysis
- Document data sources, definitions, and methodologies to support transparency and governance
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with ERP and/or operational systems preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments or process improvement methodologies is a plus
Mission Readiness:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may occur.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times (e.g., files, office supplies, etc).
- Occasionally required to stand, walk, bend, or reach within the office setting.
