• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and meet customer needs by recommending suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and the latest automotive trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the dealership
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• High level of self-motivation and a strong drive for success
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
