Customer Service/Sales Associate at 7 Flags Car Wash – Citrus Heights, California

Are you a motivated, people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service/Sales Associate who is passionate about delivering outstanding service while driving revenue through product recommendations and membership sales.

In this role, you’ll be the face of our business—engaging with guests, identifying their needs, and confidently recommending our wash services and unlimited membership packages. Your ability to create positive interactions while maximizing sales opportunities will directly contribute to both customer satisfaction and business success.

This is a commission-based, sales-oriented position where top performers are recognized and rewarded daily.

What You’ll Do

• Actively engage with every guest to deliver exceptional service and drive sales
• Recommend and sell wash services and unlimited membership packages based on customer needs
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and value to increase conversions
• Guide with value by cross-selling services to maximize revenue opportunities
• Handle customer questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash and card)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sales-ready environment
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals
• Ensure a safe, positive, and high-energy experience for every guest

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first mindset
• Proven ability (or strong desire) to meet and exceed sales goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence customer decisions
• Basic math and POS system experience
• Bilingual skills are a plus
