Summary:
Under the supervision of the department team leader, this position is responsible for the safe and timely shipment/receiving of customer orders at the Rogers Athletic Facility as well as inserting and trimming foam pads into football equipment practice covers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities listed below are not intended to be all-inclusive.
- Insert and trim large pieces of foam into vinyl covers.
- Locate proper materials within the warehouse that align with the work order and bring them to the workstation.
- Ensure works space is kept clean and organized.
- Additional duties may be assigned as required.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or equivalent or in process.
- Must possess basic math skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language.
- Associate must have the ability to communicate internally and externally effectively and efficiently.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of computer keyboard for reporting activities and internet for communication.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with the variety of situations which occur in the daily assembly process.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or work order form or blueprints.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Agility of the upper and lower body extremities with the ability to reach, crouch, kneel, or stoop.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds without assistance.
