RN Staff at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are currently seeking to add a Registered Nurse to our staff. At this time, we are only accepting candidates with a minimum of one year current surgical experience and an unencumbered Louisiana license or board eligibility. Our South facility offers a great work culture with a unique family atmosphere. Your job responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: circulating, scrubbing, monitoring sterile field, chart audits, medication administration, surgical preparation, instrument counts, and documentation. ACLS and PALS are a plus but can be obtained through our Career Institute free of charge to employees. The shift will be 0630 till 1500, hours may rotate from 0930 to 1800. No weekends or holidays unless you are on call. Call is a job requirement for the position. An orientation will be provided based on your experience and level of comfort.
