DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clinic-based, 3-tier supervision (you will not have your own caseload)
- Participate in weekly Supervision Meetings
- Optional: Lead ABA Program Supervisors.
- Supervise and train: BTS, RBTs
- Use Organizational Behavior Management to manage the team
- Conduct FBA's (EFL, VB-MAPP), write Assessment Reports
- Develop pro-active business solutions
- Write and monitor performance plans
- Manage Correspondence with Clients, Program Supervisors, Clinical Directors, others.

Requirements:- BCBA OR BCBA-D
- Demonstrated experience in parent training
- Documented experience in VB-MAPP, AFLS, EFL
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with data collection software such as Aloha, Motivity
- Work Independently; Detail Oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
