Position Summary
Reporting to the Field operation manager, and located 100% on site at 2 Walker Drive, Brampton, Ontario. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings with contractors, addressing customer inquiries, and managing both new and ongoing construction sites. They will ensure that sites are prepared for installation and that projects are smoothly transitioned into production. Additionally, this role involves participating in departmental planning meetings and contributing to improvement efforts.
This is a fixed term contract position for 1 year.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings with Contractors
- Respond to all customer inquiries
- Managing new/ongoing construction sites
- Construction site visit/make sure site is ready for installation
- Putting jobs into production
- Participate in department planning meetings
- Participate in department improvement efforts
- Preparation of installation documents
- Other duties may be assigned.
Mindset, Skills & Education

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum of one (1) to three (3) year experience in a similar role is ideal
- Consistently meets deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and works effectively within time constraints
- Strong ability to work independently
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer and internal relationships
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a collaborative team-based environment
- Ability to read and use a measuring tape with accuracy.
