Grand Villa of Port Charlotte is seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at our esteemed Senior Living Community. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines for senior residents

- Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking areas

- Assist in menu planning and ingredient preparation

- Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure timely meal service

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a professional kitchen

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to follow recipes and dietary restrictions accurately

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus
