PGY2 Pharmacy Resident at Parkview Health – Fort Wayne, Indiana

Minimum of a B. S. degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy. Completion of a PGY1 residency. A Pharm. D. degree is preferred. Must obtain a valid and current license as a Registered Pharmacist from the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy no later than September 30th of the starting year of the residency. Acute Care residents are required to obtain BLS ACLS. PGY2 Critical Care residents are also required to obtain PALS. Ambulatory Care residents are required to obtain BLS. PGY1 Residency required. Experience with Excel Word PowerPoint and medical internet resources preferred. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
