DIRECTOR, PHARMACY at Salina Regional Health Center – Concordia, Kansas

Provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the Pharmacy department. Responsible for pharmacy staff development, skills validation and training; nursing, patient and medical education as it pertains to drugs; development and implementation of drug usage evaluation criteria; literature review; new drug evaluations and presentations; drug information and drug references. Organizes and monitors the overall clinical functions and performance of the department; recommends and implements new clinical services. Provides prescribed medications, drug information, and overall pharmaceutical care as needed for patient care according to professional standards, laws, and practices.

Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

Doctor of Pharmacy degree with Residency preferred

Three years of hospital pharmacy experience

Two years management experience

Current Kansas registered pharmacist license
