Work Location: This role is based in Jacksonville, FL, with a remote option available for candidates located in Florida or Georgia. Candidates must be located within reasonable driving distance of a major airport in Florida or Georgia.

Job Summary: The Manager of Executive Initiatives supports the CEO by driving follow-through on the organization’s top priorities and enterprise initiatives. This role coordinates cross-functional execution, strengthens internal communication and visibility, and ensures key deliverables stay on track. Partnering closely with department leaders, this individual monitors progress against annual directives, identifies roadblocks, and keeps teams aligned on shared outcomes. The role is designed to provide broad exposure to the business and develop future leadership capability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track CEO priorities, action items, and key initiatives across the business to ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and updates for enterprise-wide projects and major customer opportunities.
  • Serve as a cross-functional point of contact to gather updates, identify obstacles, and drive accountability.
  • Prepare executive meeting materials, notes, follow-ups, dashboards, and reporting to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Support internal communications, executive presentations, and leadership reporting.
  • Plan and coordinate community impact initiatives, including LMI-focused efforts.
  • Lead special projects and perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or supporting executive-level initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills; skilled at creating polished executive-level materials.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally and influencing without authority.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a driving record that meets insurance requirements.
  • Proof of personal vehicle insurance to include automobile liability and property damage coverage.
  • Physical Requirements:

  • Remain stationary at a desk, standing, and moving from place to place for prolonged periods.
  • Occasionally move light objects.
  • Observe details at close range.
  • Take notes, operate technology, and present information.
  • Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and hard copy materials while interacting with others.
  • Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, in writing, and electronically.
  • Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions so others will understand.
  • Drive to work, client sites, and other SafeTouch branches as business needs require.
  • Job Type: Full-time, exempt

    Work/Base Location: This role is based in Jacksonville, FL, with a remote option available for candidates located in Florida or Georgia. Candidates must be located within reasonable driving distance of a major airport in Florida or Georgia.

    Work Hours/Availability: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday

    Travel: 30%

    Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
