What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Oversee jobsite coordination, ensuring timely and quality installations.
• Install ductwork, thermostats, and system components per job specifications.
• Perform system start-ups and verify functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues or system malfunctions.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites, promoting safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in HVAC installation, with lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid HVAC certification and EPA license.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics.
• Strong ability to guide teams, manage timelines, and communicate effectively.
• Capable of lifting equipment and working in confined spaces or at heights.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills.
