This is an opportunity to grow within a mission-driven, collaborative environment that values transparency, innovation, and member success.
- Provide end-to-end financial planning support for assigned members, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the planning journey.
- Review and assess incoming member requests, determining urgency and coordinating appropriate actions or escalations when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including investment and operations specialists, to design and implement effective financial and tax strategies.
- Translate complex financial situations into clear, actionable guidance that helps members make informed decisions aligned with their goals.
- Guide members through financial plan implementation using digital tools, messaging platforms, and structured workflows.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery and strong member engagement.
- Contribute to a technology-forward planning model by actively using AI-enabled tools and internal systems to enhance outcomes.
- CFP® certification is required.
- 1+ year of experience in a client-facing financial planning or advisory role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple client needs efficiently.
- Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to quickly learn proprietary tools and financial planning platforms.
- A client-first mindset with a strong commitment to delivering unbiased, goal-oriented financial advice.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a remote, technology-driven environment.
- Competitive base salary range of $85,000–$100,000 plus bonus eligibility.
- Equity (ISO), allowing employees to share in the company’s long-term success.
- Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance.
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
- Short- and long-term disability coverage fully paid by the employer.
- Life insurance options and paid parental leave.
- Certification reimbursement program to support ongoing professional development.
- Fully remote work opportunity anywhere within the United States.
