This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Sales Operations function as a key contributor to deal execution across the EMEA region. In this role, you will support the full deal lifecycle, ensuring smooth coordination from pricing strategy through to contract closure. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to accelerate deal velocity while maintaining compliance and accuracy. The position offers a unique chance to help build and scale international Deal Desk operations from the ground up. Working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will have a direct impact on revenue operations and process optimization. - Own and manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle, partnering closely with Account Executives to support quote-to-signature processes
- Create quotes, manage pricing approvals, generate order forms, and ensure accurate deal closure within internal systems
- Provide strategic guidance on pricing and complex deal structures, ensuring alignment with policies and business objectives
- Maintain deal momentum by proactively identifying and resolving blockers, especially during critical sales periods
- Support and optimize CPQ and CLM systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency across workflows
- Ensure high standards of data integrity and reporting accuracy within Salesforce and related tools
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline operations and enhance sales self-service
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure compliance and operational alignment
- Contribute to building and refining scalable Deal Desk processes as the organization expands internationally
- Proven experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role within a high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, pricing strategies, and contract workflows
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and CPQ/CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad or similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex deal structures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and operational excellence
- Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Product stakeholders
- Experience driving process improvements, automation, and scalable system solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency is a plus
- Competitive base salary ranging from £63,087 to £74,221
