As a SPARK Inside Sales Representative, you make sales happen! You will be responsible for achieving the revenue and profit targets for the world’s most researched physical education and physical activity programs. Customers look to you for expert guidance on SPARK solutions to support their program objectives.
What will you be doing?
- Sales profit goals: Through successful execution of all sales plans and activities assigned SPARK
- Repeatable sales process and project proposals: Through assigned processes defined by the sales operating system
- Identify and progress opportunities: Document sales activities in CRM, and close sales to defined standards
- Process, product, and in-market presentation training: Completion of assigned training
- Quality Customer Interactions: Achieve sales quality and responsiveness standards
- Operational Improvement: Complete assigned rocks, projects, and process optimization
- College degree in business administration, education, or related field from an accredited university/college, preferred; and/or relevant work experience
- A lifestyle or educational background that is aligned with the company’s mission statement “To help teachers and coaches show kids how to have fun and become healthier through physical activity”
- NetSuite and/or CRM experience preferred but not required
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications and a Windows Operating System
- Previous SPARK experience or knowledge preferred

Salary Range: Earn up to $65,600 based on salary plus incentives for achieving sales goals
