General Manager at Papa John's - Fairfax County – Fairfax, Virginia

Papa John’s is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced General Manager. $60,000 - $100,000 per year

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate ordering processes to prevent overstocking or shortages, while reducing waste.
• Guide and mentor your team to ensure exceptional service, cleanliness, and adherence to Papa John’s standards.
• Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining profitability through effective cost controls.
• Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage both staff and customer relations.
• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Solid experience in budget management and financial analysis to drive profitability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.
• Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to build, motivate, and lead teams.
