• Utilize technology and video MPI (Multi-Point Inspection) systems to enhance service delivery and communication.
• Coordinate with the service manager to achieve department goals, including meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction scores.
• Implement service process improvements to enhance departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and manufacturer standards.
