All Pro Dad Chapter Expansion Specialist


Position Overview:
The All Pro Dad Chapter Expansion Specialist builds and nurtures key relationships with education and community leaders to grow the organization's chapter network. This dynamic role involves identifying promising partnership opportunities, clearly articulating program benefits, and inspiring district officials and school administrators to establish All Pro Dad Chapters within their educational communities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage Educational Leaders: Build relationships with school and community leaders to establish new All Pro Dad chapters.
  • Lead Management: Track and manage incoming leads from campaigns, sign-ups, ads, and events to generate new chapter opportunities.
  • Equip Schools for Chapter Leadership Recruitment: Train school leadership on how they can recruit potential chapter leaders through launch events.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, including meeting notes, calls, and email follow-ups.
  • Chapter Support: Oversee the registration process for new chapters, conduct captain training, and manage dues collection.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Obtain support letters from educational leaders and other key stakeholders.
  • Promote All Pro Dad Chapters: Represent and promote the All Pro Dad Chapter initiative at conferences, events, and meetings.
  • Travel: Participate in travel (approximately 20%) to meet with school leaders, attend events, and support chapter development.


    • Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet targets and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement is a plus. HubSpot experience in preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfort with travel and flexible work hours as needed.
