Sealant Laborer - Afternoon Shift

Location: 200 Country Club Road, Meadowlands, PA 15347 (Meadowlands Division)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (No Rotating Shifts!)

Note: The afternoon shift differential is $5.00 per hour. The differential is included in the posted wage.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sealant Laborer for our Afternoon Shift. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a structured manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring sealant products are manufactured accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company and customer requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Read and interpret work orders, paperwork, and blueprints to determine specifications and any special instructions

• Manufacture parts in accordance with company and customer requirements

• Ensure all required operations are completed prior to moving parts to the next process or shipping

• Operate a variety of machinery to complete work in a timely and efficient manner

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Assist in other areas as needed to support production goals

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Willingness to learn — training will be provided

Work Environment & Safety Considerations

• Employees in this role will work with resin products that may contain compounds chemically similar to those found in poison ivy. Proper PPE will be provided; however, candidates with known sensitivities should be aware of potential skin irritation risks.
