Position Overview

We are looking for a Parts and Service Associate to support our customer service and operations teams. This role is central to keeping communication flowing between customers and internal teams while ensuring requests are handled efficiently and accurately.

This position is a good fit for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. You’ll be interacting with customers, supporting internal teams, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls, triaging requests, and directing them to the appropriate team membersParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours and weekend customer needs related to parts inquiriesLog and document customer-reported issues in internal systems with a high level of accuracy and detailCoordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needsPrepare and send customer quotes in support of the Parts teamProvide logistical and administrative support for customer training sessions, including follow-up communicationAssist in organizing and maintaining internal policies, procedures, and documentationSupport day-to-day operations across the Parts and Service teams as neededRequired Qualifications

Experience in a professional office environment with a strong focus on customer serviceAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced settingStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with limited informationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quicklyAbility to learn and communicate basic technical concepts related to robotics to support customer inquiriesHigh level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive informationExperience preparing quotes and performing data entry tasksExperience with ERP systems is a plusWhy Join Sepro America?
