We are currently searching for one full-time Resident Account & Service Coordinator to join our Manufactured Housing Division. This role supports residents, prospects, property managers, and vendors while ensuring accurate account management and efficient service coordination. Rate: Based on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Manage resident accounts, billing, payments, fees, and account status inquiries.
- Answer high volume phone calls and relay messages
- Post payments and charges accurately; process late notices and certified letters.
- Generate late and aging reports; follow up with past-due residents.
- Process monthly utility billing and prepare invoices.
- Prepare landlord–tenant complaint forms and monthly tax reporting.
- Conduct daily follow-ups with prospects and maintain lead tracking.
- Monitor property in boxes and handle division phone calls professionally.
- Provide courteous assistance to residents, prospects, and vendors.
- Log, prioritize, and assign service requests, coordinate with vendors through completion.
- Obtain vendor quotes for seasonal services, repairs, and capital improvements.
- Maintain organized work-order and property files.
- Code vendor invoices.
- Additional administrative duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
