What You'll Be Doing:
As an AI and Automation Specialist, you will help design and implement intelligent solutions and automated processes that enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and support digital transformation initiatives.

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions to solve business problems
• Build and maintain automated workflows using RPA and/or low-code/no-code platforms
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models where applicable
• Monitor and improve performance of AI systems and automated processes
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices
• Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing and compliance

What You'll Bring:

• Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or related domains
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms, scripting, or workflow tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)
• Knowledge of data analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and microservices architecture
• Exposure to low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath, Make.com, N8N)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving technology landscape
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
