About This Position
About Machina Labs:
Engineering moves at software speed. Manufacturing doesn't. Yet.
Machina Labs is changing that. We build intelligent, software-defined factories that produce complex metal structures directly from digital design. By integrating advanced metal forming, robotics, and automated production inside a flexible factory architecture, we enable customers to move from prototype to production in weeks, not years.
Backed by Lockheed Martin, Toyota, and NVIDIA, we're building the manufacturing infrastructure that defense, aerospace, and advanced mobility programs will run on.
If you want to work on hard problems that matter and see them fly, drive, and defend, this is the place.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter with a strong focus on software engineering hiring to help scale Machina Labs’ most critical teams.
This role goes beyond filling open roles. You will be responsible for building high-caliber engineering teams that directly impact the company’s ability to execute. You will own full-cycle recruiting across backend, frontend, infrastructure, robotics software, AI and machine learning roles, partnering closely with technical leadership to define hiring strategy and attract top-tier talent.
You will operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on executor, driving sourcing excellence, elevating candidate quality, and ensuring we consistently hire engineers who raise the bar.
This role is responsible for executing recruiting across all functions, while prioritizing critical technical hiring needs across software, infrastructure, robotics software, and AI/ML. You will play a key role in shaping how Machina Labs attracts, engages, and hires top talent in competitive markets.
Success in this role requires a proactive, market-driven approach to recruiting. You will leverage a combination of outbound sourcing, social platforms, talent communities, and employer branding to build consistent pipelines of high-caliber candidates. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with leadership and directly impacts the company’s ability to scale.
