Service Billing Specialist at Kelly Generator & Equipment Inc – Owings, Maryland

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Preparing customer invoices
• Verify service schedule and create next job as required.
• Emailing invoices out to customers
• Upload invoices to portals for customers as required.
• Works closing with Accounting to ensure credit card payments are processed appropriately.
• Ensure all parts and labor are costed to job appropriately.
• Keep track of and follow up on invoices not able to currently invoice.
• Review “In Progress” widget and follow up with technicians/dispatchers as required.
• Produce Daily “In Progress” job email and distribute to technicians.
• Prepare monitoring renewal invoices and send to customer.
• Continuous communication with technicians and dispatchers on job issues
• Daily communication with Parts Department on parts used/not used on jobs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 -3 years of experience in billing, accounting or related field
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
