As a Customer Retention Specialist (Sales Focus), you’ll connect with customers considering canceling, understand their concerns, and turn those conversations into solutions. Using strong communication, problem-solving, and a consultative sales approach, you’ll help customers move forward with confidence.

What You’ll Do:
- Use problem solving and five-star customer service skills to speak with a customer that is requesting to cancel their contract.
- Review and recommend revisions to product selections and financing options to ensure the customer is able to achieve a positive resolution to their home improvement needs.
- Use multi-tasking skills to communicate with customer, update notes in the customer’s profile and review potential deals to discuss with customer to save the deal.
- Connect with customers in a timely manner using provided reporting in order to reach customers rapidly.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal customers, including Sales, Service, Operations, General Managers, and other internal partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer-facing environment
- Previous sales or sales leadership experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make sound decisions that support both the customer and the business
- Ability to maintain reliable and consistent attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation

Hours/Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Standard hours are M – F, 9:00am-6:00pm EST. Due to cyclical nature of position, some overtime including evening and weekend hours may be required.
