This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Commercial Pool Direct Selling Sales Representative in the United States.
This role is focused on driving direct-to-end-user sales growth within a defined territory, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition and full-cycle account ownership. You will operate in a high-impact, field-oriented sales environment where relationship building, technical understanding, and consultative selling come together. The position involves promoting and selling a full commercial pool solutions portfolio to end customers, helping them improve efficiency, safety, and operational performance. You will collaborate closely with internal marketing, engineering, and support teams to deliver tailored value-based solutions. This is a dynamic role that blends strategic territory planning with hands-on customer engagement. Success in this position requires strong autonomy, commercial acumen, and the ability to consistently convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy focused on expanding market share and driving revenue growth through direct end-user engagement.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new customers using consultative selling techniques and strong relationship-building practices.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, solution positioning, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, engineering, and support) to design and deliver tailored customer solutions.
- Promote and position commercial pool solutions by clearly communicating technical, operational, and value-based benefits to customers.
- Maintain accurate sales activity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management using CRM tools such as SFDC.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within water treatment, chemical solutions, facility services, or a related technical/industrial field.
- Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product value in a clear, customer-focused way.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based, territory-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce/SFDC).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
