MJS Lawn Care Lawnscape is seeking a hands-on and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our landscape installation and maintenance projects across residential and commercial properties. This is a working foreman role, combining leadership responsibilities with day-to-day field work. Youll supervise a small crew (currently 1 direct report), operate equipment, and act as the primary point of contact on-site for clients. • Supervise and lead a small landscape crew on installation and maintenance projects.

• Perform hands-on landscape tasks such as planting, mulching, edging, trimming, and sod installation.

• Operate landscaping equipment (skid steers, mini-excavators, mowers, etc.) safely and effectively.

• Act as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues professionally.

• Ensure high-quality results that meet or exceed client expectations.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Monitor materials and tools, reporting needs to management.

• Follow daily project plans, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.

• Prior experience in landscape installation and maintenance (2+ years preferred).

• Irrigation installation and service experience helpful.

• Proven ability to lead small crews and manage job site activities.

• Proficient in operating landscaping equipment.

• Strong customer service skills; able to represent the company professionally on-site.

• Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

• Punctual, reliable, and capable of working in varying outdoor conditions.
