HME is looking for your talent! If you are a Corporate Accounts Manager we would love to hear from you! As a Mid-Market Corporate Account Manager, you are the owner of your own book of business. Your mission is to drive growth and expand revenue within our existing customer base by acting as a trusted, strategic advisor. You will own a dedicated portfolio of mid-market accounts transforming them into long-term partners and champions for HME.

Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Texas, Missouri, California. Relocation support is not provided for this role.

What you will do in the position:

  • Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent communication to understand customer needs, priorities, and organizational dynamics.
  • Lead business and executive reviews to discuss ROI, product usage, strategic alignment, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and expanded product adoption.
  • Understand customer purchasing processes, pain points, and strategic objectives to align solutions effectively.
  • Participate in trade shows and customer-facing events to deepen relationships and stay attuned to industry trends.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operational partners—as well as buying arms or third-party management groups—to support scalable customer processes.
  • Maintain accurate account documentation, reporting frameworks, competitive insights, and account health metrics to support informed decisions.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Qualifications
    • Knowledge of related electronic equipment.
    • Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills.
    • Ability to use a PC with windows based software.
  • Experience
    • 3+ years related, with minimum of 2 years sales experience.
  • Education
    • BA Degree (4 years college) - Preferred
  • Travel
    • Up to 40%

The posted pay range, $87,800 - $117,000, is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
