Position Summary:

Strategic advisor and trusted consultant to business leaders, responsible for driving workforce strategies that support both short and longterm organizational goals. This role blends deep business acumen, strategic consulting, datadriven insights, and strong relationship management to advance talent outcomes, maintain a positive employee environment, and enable organizational effectiveness. The HR Manager partners closely with leadership on talent planning, succession management, employee relations, and change initiatives that impact performance and culture.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties

  • Assess risks related to talent, engagement, and organizational health, and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Support change initiatives, communication plans, and capability building to drive adoption and sustained outcomes.
  • Use people analytics, dashboards, and data interpretations to guide recommendations.
  • Identify ER trends and partner with leaders to address root causes through training, programs, and policy enhancements.
  • Use talent metrics and performance insights to drive decisionmaking around promotions, mobility, and workforce development.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including, but not limited to, EEO, FMLA, and FLSA. Ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Serves as a resource to employees / candidates by answering questions about HR policies and offerings.
  • Acts collaboratively with functional partners and HR colleagues throughout the organization for human resources related matters.
  • Participates in the development and revision of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Plans and directs company sponsored events to promote employee engagement.
  • Provides support as needed to other HR groups. Conducts special projects.

  • Requires full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in professional field. Uses standard theories, principles and concepts and integrates them to propose a course of action.
  • Provides direct or indirect supervision to a group of employees, assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. Accountabilities include work and people scheduling, performance management and recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Judgement is required in resolving all day-to-day problems.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of related experience required.
  • Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
