The WCM Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Professional with 5+ years of industrial wastewater permitting and compliance experience. What You’ll Do
- Manage Federal and State wastewater discharge permits (NPDES, LPDES, TPDES, etc.)
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and regulatory documentation
- Develop and implement industrial and construction stormwater programs
- Prepare and train facility teams on Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs)
- Design and manage compliance management systems
- Conduct on-site environmental compliance audits
- Serve as a technical resource and trusted advisor to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and regulatory agencies

Requirements:What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications:
- B.S. (or higher) in Engineering or a related scientific discipline
- 5+ years of environmental compliance experience
- Demonstrated experience with wastewater permitting and industrial stormwater compliance
- Strong working knowledge of Federal and State water quality regulations
- Experience managing projects and mentoring staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
