What You'll Do
Keep bathrooms, offices, production areas, and common spaces clean and welcoming
Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax floors to keep them looking their best
Empty trash and keep supply areas stocked (toilet paper, hand towels, cleaning products)
Spot and safely handle spills or hazards, using proper signage (like wet floor signs)
Tackle a mix of daily, weekly, and periodic tasks — from wiping down break room tables to deep-cleaning refrigerators every few months
Keep windows, counters, and archive areas dust-free and tidy
What We're Looking For
A friendly, reliable person who works well with others and can be trusted with our space
Someone comfortable working independently and staying on top of tasks proactively
Physical stamina — this role involves standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Prior custodial experience is a plus, but not required — we value a strong work ethic just as much
