At Kemptville Family Dental, our team is guided by Kindness, Integrity, Respect, and Customer Service. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Full-Time Dental Administrator who is customer service–focused and excited to be part of a supportive, family-focused practice.
Key Duties Include:
Submitting insurance claims accurately and efficiently
Checking patients in and out with professionalism and care
Making appointment confirmation calls
Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly
Performing basic administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
What We’re Looking For:
1 year of experience with dental experiene
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Customer service–focused with a positive attitude
