What You’ll Be Doing: As our go-to Medical Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic, supporting our physicians and nurses while making sure our patients feel like VIPs from start to finish.
Clinical & Patient Care Superstar
- Prep & Pamper: Welcome patients, prep them for their procedures, and keep them comfortable during recovery.
- Triage & Teamwork: Perform clinical triage, answer patient questions, and reinforce post-procedure discharge instructions.
- Room Ready: Prep procedure rooms and master the art of the quick, efficient room turnover.
Procedure Lab Support
- Sidekick Status: High-five (and assist) our physicians and nurses right inside the outpatient procedure room.
- Tech & Specs: Back up procedural images and assist with crucial documentation workflows.
- Gear Gear: Keep our specialized supplies and equipment prepped and ready for action.
Administrative & Operational Magic
- EMR Guru: Smoothly log patient information into the Electronic Medical Records system.
- Paperwork Champ: Help patients navigate clinical paperwork (like FMLA forms) with a smile.
- Phone Ninja: Answer and triage incoming clinic calls like a pro.
- Supply Savior: Track, order, and restock inventory so the team never runs out of the essentials.
Who You Are
- Experienced or Certified: A Medical Assistant certification (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
- Specialty Savvy: Experience in procedural, surgical, IR, Cath Lab, PACU, or other specialty clinic settings is a huge plus!
- A People Person: You have top-tier communication skills and naturally radiate positive energy.
- Detail-Driven: You are hyper-organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly.
