  • Analyze campaign performance and delivery data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on campaign builds before launch and throughout campaign execution.
  • Support onboarding, coaching, and peer training for junior team members by sharing operational best practices and technical knowledge.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements that increase operational speed, consistency, and accuracy.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation covering campaign processes, policies, platform procedures, and client-specific requirements.
  • Stay current with developments in advertising technology, buying platforms, tracking solutions, and digital media operations to continuously improve campaign execution.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations, media buying, campaign management, or a comparable role.
  • Strong practical knowledge of ad-serving platforms, DSPs, tracking technologies, and digital campaign management tools, ideally with experience across multiple platforms.
  • Experience managing programmatic campaigns and understanding the operational requirements of digital media buying.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to interpret campaign data and use it to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and operational discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical and delivery issues independently and take ownership through resolution.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Ability and willingness to mentor peers, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Genuine interest in advertising technology and a commitment to continuously learning as the digital advertising ecosystem evolves.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation: Approximate salary range of $42,200–$55,000, with the final offer determined by experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and internal equity.
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative advertising technology environment.
  • Collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives, creativity, and new ideas.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to collaboration and respect across backgrounds, experiences, identities, and perspectives.
