This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior TA Partner based in India.
This is a strategic talent acquisition role supporting a broad portfolio of hiring needs across India and the wider APJC region.
You will own full-lifecycle recruitment while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and business stakeholders.
The role combines executive search, corporate and operations hiring, early-career recruitment, and university engagement.
You will use market intelligence, candidate insights, data, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to shape effective talent strategies.
Working within a global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with regional leaders and recruiting peers to deliver consistent and scalable hiring practices.
The position offers significant influence, autonomy, and visibility across multiple functions and markets.
You will help build strong talent pipelines and continuously improve recruitment strategies in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, selection support, offer consultation, and key hiring metrics.
- Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring leaders, HR partners, executives, and business stakeholders, understanding workforce needs and translating them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Support executive-level recruitment across India and contribute to senior-level hiring across the broader APJC region.
- Manage recruitment across a diverse range of functions, disciplines, organizational levels, and corporate and operational roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities to support early-career and graduate talent pipelines.
- Build and nurture high-quality networks of candidates, referrals, and talent communities across relevant talent pools.
- Monitor labor-market trends, business developments, competitive talent intelligence, and candidate availability to inform hiring decisions.
- Use data, market insights, and compelling storytelling to influence hiring strategies and provide stakeholders with actionable talent recommendations.
- Leverage applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, and AI-enabled tools to identify, engage, assess, and attract qualified talent efficiently.
- Partner with regional Talent Acquisition leadership to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Collaborate with recruiting peers to promote consistent, compliant, and scalable hiring practices across markets.
- Develop tailored sourcing and recruitment approaches for newly assigned requisitions and changing business requirements.
- Champion continuous improvement by using recruitment metrics, stakeholder feedback, market intelligence, and best practices to optimize hiring processes and outcomes.
- 12+ years of professional recruiting experience, including at least 6 years in a corporate Talent Acquisition environment.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions, seniority levels, and corporate or operational talent populations.
- Demonstrated executive recruiting experience, including the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with universities and supporting early-career hiring programs.
- Strong consultative communication skills and a demonstrated ability to act as a trusted talent advisor to leaders and executives.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, candidate engagement, and talent-market research capabilities.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment trends and translate insights into improved hiring strategies.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and modern recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled talent acquisition tools.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and levels of seniority.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities, requisitions, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, judgment, and attention to detail.
- Experience working across regional or international markets is highly valuable.
- Familiarity with the Life Sciences industry is considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- Ability to work a full-time day schedule in a remote environment.
