Position Summary
We are currently seeking an skilled Aluminum Dip Brazing Operator to perform hands-on brazing of precision aluminum parts for aerospace and defense applications. The ideal candidate should has prior brazing or heat-treat experience and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate aluminum dip brazing furnaces and related equipment.
Prepare, clean, flux, and fixture assemblies per blueprints and specifications.
Monitor brazing cycles (temperature/time) for accuracy and consistency.
Perform post-braze cleaning, inspection, and documentation per AS9100/NADCAP requirements.
Work closely with QA and Engineering to ensure top-quality results.
Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area.

Qualifications
1+ years of experience in aluminum dip brazing or related processes.
Knowledge of aluminum alloys, filler metals, and brazing principles.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Prior experience in a NADCAP-certified aerospace environment preferred.
High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
