Position: Dual-Role Housekeeper & Handyman

Reports To: Maintenance / Environmental Director

Type: Full-Time (Flexible Schedule Required)

We are seeking a reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated Dual-Role Housekeeper & Handyman to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational standards of our facilities. This versatile role balances routine housekeeping and floor care with general building repairs and equipment maintenance.

Housekeeping & Floor Care: Perform routine and deep cleaning across facilities. Conduct professional floor care, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and buffing.

Handyman & Maintenance: Complete general building repairs, assist with multi-site facility tasks, and maintain accurate preventive maintenance logs.

Logistics & Operations: Assist delivery personnel with loading/unloading materials and safely manage facility waste disposal.

Experience: Proven experience in general handyman repairs, building maintenance, and professional floor care.

Flexibility & Travel: Flexible availability required for shifting schedules. Must have a reliable personal vehicle to travel between facility sites as needed.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Skills: Excellent communication, strong self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs (and occasionally up to 100 lbs), along with physical tasks like bending, standing, reaching, and climbing.
