Title: Senior Project Manager

Reports To: Account Director

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Project Manager keeps projects moving from kickoff through delivery, ensuring work stays on time, on budget and within scope. They manage timelines, resources and priorities while partnering across Account, Strategy, Creative, Production and other teams to keep everyone aligned. They anticipate risks, flag issues early and help find solutions before they impact the work. Above all, they bring organization and clarity to complex projects so teams can stay focused and deliver great work.

Reporting to the Account Director as part of the Account Services team, the Project Manager will do the following:


ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

    Project Management: Effectively manage timelines, milestones, priorities and deliverables to keep projects on track, including managing changes in scope and timeline throughout the project.Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate resources and workflows across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear ownership and smooth handoffs. This role requires you to develop a high level understanding of each vertical integrated into a project and be able to manage interdepartmental work and client-facing communication on these tasks. You are not the specialist, but you must have deep general level knowledge of the entire project.Budget & Scope Management: Track projects against scope and budget, proactively flagging changes or risks, including trafficking pricing, approvals and reconciliation from internal team members across multiple verticals.Problem Solving & Risk Management: Anticipate project risks, identify solutions and escalate issues when needed.Communication & Organization: Lead project communication, document decisions and next steps, and maintain clear, organized project processes, including preparation and management of all weekly internal and external meeting agenda, maintaining weekly invites to meetings, processing all meeting notes and action items and maintaining tasks & reporting in our project management system ClickUp. This role does involve direct communication with the client.Travel & Event Support: Ability to attend in-person meetings, travel and support events or installations outside standard business hours when required.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

    Support additional projects, initiatives or team needs as assigned.Assist with process improvements and other responsibilities that support successful project delivery.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS + ABILITIES

    3-5 years of project management experience, preferably within an agency, marketing or creative environment.Strong understanding of project management principles, including timelines, resourcing, budgets, scope and risk management.Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively across Account, Creative, Strategy, Production and internal/external partners.Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools.Ability to proactively identify risks, recommend solutions and keep teams moving forward.

EDUCATION + TRAINING

    Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.3-5 years of project management experience may be considered in place of a degree.No specific certifications required; project management certifications are a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and attend in-person meetings.Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during events, installations or on-site work.Ability to travel by car and plane as needed.Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends or extended hours to support events, installations and project needs.Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. as needed for event or project support.
