This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping and scaling a next-generation onboarding experience for a fast-growing wealthtech platform used by financial advisors across North America. You will define and own the product vision for a critical customer journey that directly influences activation, adoption, and long-term success. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, UX design, engineering execution, and go-to-market alignment, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You will work closely with advisors, enterprise stakeholders, and internal teams to deeply understand workflow complexity and translate it into simple, intuitive experiences. As a senior product leader, you will also mentor other product managers and help elevate product craft across the organization. This is an opportunity to directly impact customer trust, platform adoption, and the evolution of a key product area in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the onboarding experience (Flow), ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Design and optimize onboarding journeys that improve activation speed, user adoption, and long-term advisor confidence in the platform.
- Lead discovery efforts by engaging regularly with advisors, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders to identify friction points and opportunities.
- Partner closely with design and engineering teams to deliver scalable, intuitive product experiences from concept through launch.
- Drive cross-functional product launches in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, incorporating feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Define success metrics and use data-driven insights to guide prioritization, experimentation, and product decision-making.
- Mentor and support other product managers, helping elevate product thinking, execution quality, and customer-centricity across the team.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, with ownership of end-to-end product delivery in SaaS, fintech, or wealthtech environments.
- 3+ years of direct experience in wealthtech, financial services, or advisor-focused workflow/product design.
- Strong understanding of wealth management ecosystems, including advisor workflows and client-facing financial processes.
- Proven ability to simplify complex workflows and build onboarding or activation experiences that drive measurable adoption.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience influencing engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics, interpret user behavior, and guide product strategy accordingly.
- Hands-on product leader who balances long-term vision with execution in fast-paced environments.
- Experience mentoring or coaching product managers and contributing to team growth and maturity.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex financial workflows into clear product experiences.
- Bonus: experience in enterprise SaaS onboarding, fintech workflow optimization, or advisor/client experience design.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation aligned with market benchmarks, based on experience, skills, and location.
- Total rewards package may include base salary, variable pay, equity, and performance-based incentives.
- Comprehensive benefits program supporting health, wellness, and work-life balance.
- Flexible time off policy designed to support autonomy and sustainability.
- Opportunities for professional growth, mentorship, and leadership development.
- Equity participation in a high-growth, fast-scaling organization.
- Collaborative and trust-based culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Exposure to high-impact product work shaping the future of wealth management technology.
